About AD - Nearly/Newly Retired-2 (60s-70s)

This Bible study group consists of mostly 60s and 70s individuals and is committed to strengthening their faith and relationship with God and their neighbors in daily living. We believe the nurturing and support of every class member to be important, and enjoy weekly interaction as well as occasional social events.
This class is led by Susan Barnhill.
This quarter we are studying the book of Nehemiah. The book highlights themes of leadership, perseverance, faith, and the importance of rebuilding both physical and spiritual lives. Nehemiah’s leadership is marked by a clear vision, strategic planning, and a deep reliance on prayer. We have much to learn from the example Nehemiah gave us.
